- Enter a keyword to find the correct template. Keyword examples:
- Water or Storm or Sewer - any service request related to the city’s water, storm or sewer system.
- Road – road related inquiries ex. potholes or grading.
- Park – park related service requests ex. park light or rotary trail.
- Tree – tree related inquires (for city owned trees ONLY) ex. tree removal or tree maintenance.
- Snow – snow related inquires ex. street removal concern or snow blockage.
- Transportation - bus related inquires ex. bus pass inquiry or bus lost item.
- Traffic – traffic sign or traffic signal related inquires ex. missing sign or damaged light signal.
- Garbage or Recycle or Waste – sanitation related inquires ex. missed pick up or damaged or missing bin.
- Building – building related inquires ex. book a building inspection.
- Plan – planning related inquiries ex. fences, zoning or city land inquiry.
- Parking – parking or impound inquiries ex. parking ticket or broken parking meter.
- Complete ALL questions before moving on.
- Choose the closest address to the issue: use "current location," type it in, or drop a pin on the map.
- Submit only one issue or location at a time.
- You'll get a confirmation email after submitting your request.
